Overview

The Certified Hospitality Marketing Program is a live, instructor-led, cohort-based program designed for working professionals in the hospitality industry who seek to strengthen their marketing expertise and advance their careers.

The program focuses on practical, real-world marketing strategies applicable to hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality brands operating in competitive international markets. Through live lectures, applied case discussions, and guided mentorship, participants develop a structured understanding of hospitality marketing aligned with current industry standards.

The course is delivered entirely through live online sessions and emphasizes accountability, interaction, and measurable learning outcomes.

Syllabus

The program consists of 8 live instructional meetings, each focused on a core area of hospitality marketing.

Session 1 – Introduction to Hospitality Marketing

  • The role of marketing within hospitality organizations

  • Market dynamics and customer behavior in hospitality

  • Overview of hospitality marketing ecosystems

Session 2 – Brand Positioning & Value Proposition

  • Brand identity in hospitality

  • Positioning strategies for hotels and hospitality brands

  • Differentiation in competitive markets

Session 3 – Digital Marketing Channels in Hospitality

  • Website and booking funnel fundamentals

  • Search, social media, and content channels

  • Channel selection based on business objectives

Session 4 – Social Media Strategy for Hospitality

  • Platform-specific strategies

  • Content planning and calendar development

  • Brand consistency and audience engagement

Session 5 – Performance Marketing & Analytics

  • Paid media fundamentals

  • Key hospitality marketing metrics

  • Measuring ROI and campaign performance

Session 6 – Customer Journey & Experience Marketing

  • Mapping the guest journey

  • Pre-stay, on-site, and post-stay communication

  • Retention and loyalty strategies

Session 7 – Marketing Operations & Team Collaboration

Session 8 – Strategy Integration & Final Project Preparation

Details

Individual Mentorship

Each participant receives 4 hours of individual mentorship with the course mentor.

  • Mentorship sessions are available for use within 6 months after course completion

  • Sessions are designed to support:

    • Career development

    • Practical application of course knowledge

    • Review of real business challenges or projects

Mentorship sessions are scheduled individually and conducted online.

Final Project

Participants are required to complete a Final Project as part of the program.

The final project involves developing a comprehensive hospitality marketing strategy for a real or hypothetical hospitality business. The project must demonstrate:

  • Strategic thinking

  • Practical application of course concepts

  • Alignment with industry standards

  • Clear objectives and measurable outcomes

Successful completion of the final project is required to receive the course diploma.

Certificate & Accreditation

Upon successful completion of the program and final project, participants receive a Certificate of Completion accredited by the International Marketing Association (IMA).

The program curriculum is developed in alignment with internationally recognized professional marketing standards, confirming the relevance and credibility of the qualification.

Enrollment follows a structured academic process:

  1. Registration – Submit the course registration form

  2. Invoice Issued – Participants receive an official invoice

  3. Payment – Enrollment is confirmed upon payment
